What’s on Sconely’s menu?
Sconely’s menu includes a variety of scrumptious sweet and savories, with plant-based, gluten-free and nut-free options. Most of our scones are available all year, with additional seasonal scones being added frequently. Check out our menu often for new flavors!
What shape and size are your scones?
Our scones are triangular in shape and come in regular (approximately 5 inches long) and mini size (approximately 3 inches long).
What makes your scones different?
Sconely updates traditional scones by creating unique recipes that maximize flavor and nutrition and are influenced by international cuisine. Sconely addresses special diets, such as plant-based and gluten-free and we use super foods, such as kale, purple onion and turmeric. Our scones are made with locally sourced organic ingredients whenever possible and all of our scones are free of refined sugar, soy and preservatives. We put a lot of love and care into creating remarkable scones and packing them in recyclable materials.
How does Sconely give back to the community?
Sconely is partnering with the non-profit, Community Healing Gardens, to support the urban farming movement in LA and their farm program in Watts and Venice, Los Angeles. For every dozen scones you purchase, Sconely donates 1% to Community Healing Gardens, to plant and share healthy food in diverse and underserved communities in LA. Sconely also supports various non-profit organizations, such as the Fulfillment Fund, CoachArt and the California Fire Foundation, through donations of scones for special events.
When can Sconely be eaten?
Sconely is great 24/7! Think Suzy Sunshine or Bea for breakfast, Savvy Go Go or Ishkabibble for lunch, Ruby Q or Freedom for an afternoon snack, Zilla as an appetizer and Snorker or DWK for dessert!
Can I pre-order?
Orders should be placed 48 hours advance. However, we encourage you to place orders up to 2 months in advance for events and large orders.
Where and when does Sconely deliver?
Currently we deliver to Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Century City, Culver City, Downtown LA, Hancock Park, Marina Del Rey, Playa Vista, Santa Monica, Venice, North Hollywood, West LA, West Hollywood, and Westwood between 8am and noon, Wednesday through Saturday. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about delivery outside these areas and times. Free pick up at our DTLA location at 672 S Santa Fe in the Arts District is also possible.
Is there a charge for delivery?
There is a $10 delivery charge for deliveries. Pick up from our downtown Los Angeles location is free, please contact us to arrange your pick up at email@example.com.
Can you deliver at specific times?
You can schedule a delivery between 8am and noon upon check out. If you need a delivery at a specific time outside these times, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request. We will try to accommodate you.
Who delivers the scones?
Our personal Sconely courier team delivers the scones by car and sometimes scooter.
Who makes the scones?
The talented Sconely culinary team prepares and bakes our homemade scones.
Where are the scones baked?
Sconely bakes in the Arts District in Downtown Los Angeles.
How long do your scones stay fresh?
Our scones are baked to order and best eaten within 48 hours of delivery. If your scones are delivered in the morning, they will still be fresh in the evening. We pack our scones in boxes with a layer of parchment paper for maximum freshness. Scones can be stored in the box or bag they were delivered in and do not need to be stored in the refrigerator. If you have extra scones from an order, you can freeze them and heat them up when ready.
How does Sconely address food sensitivities or allergies?
We are continuously developing recipes that accommodate various dietary preferences. Although we offer gluten-free, nut-free and dairy free options, we cannot guarantee that any of our scones do not contain traces of allergens (including dairy, eggs, soy, tree nuts, wheat and others), as we bake in a common kitchen where shared equipment is used.
Where do the names of your scones come from?
The names are inspired by nicknames of our friends and family.
What is your return policy?
Sconely strives for excellence with everything we do. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us at email@example.com. Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis.

Can I send a gift?
You can send a gift by ordering from our gift menu. Sconely gifts are packed in white gift boxes as seen on the gift menu and you can choose an optional celebratory sticker! We hand write gift notes for you — just leave your note in the gift note field at check out.
Can I reschedule a delivery or change a delivery address?
Yes, we are happy to help you reschedule an order or change a delivery address. Contact us at email@example.com or reply to your Sconely confirmation email with your request at least two days before the original delivery date.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please contact as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can only accommodate cancellations that are placed two days prior to the delivery date. Cancelled orders will be issued a full refund within 72 hours.
Does Sconely ship outside of Los Angeles?
Currently, we hand deliver our packages within LA only.
